We provide fast, reliable production schedules and flexible shipping and payment terms to ensure your custom packaging arrives safely and on time.
Production Lead Time
Sampling (3-5 Days)
Once artwork is confirmed, we will produce physical samples within 3-5 business days. We offer free samples, and the international shipping cost is collect or prepaid.
Bulk Production (10-15 Days)
After sample approval and deposit, bulk production takes 10-15 business days depending on quantity and craft. We share real-time QC photos and videos.
Delivery Methods
Express Courier (3-5 Days)
For samples and small bulk orders, we use DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT. We offer “Door-to-Door” service with fast delivery and tracking numbers provided.
Air & Sea Freight (7-35 Days)
For large bulk orders, we arrange Air Freight (7-10 days) or Sea Freight (25-35 days). We have experienced forwarders to handle customs clearance.
Payment Terms
- Standard T/T: For our standard terms, we require a 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment. If you have specific shipping and payment terms, feel free to contact us.
- Trade Assurance: We support Alibaba Trade Assurance to protect your payment.
- Other Options: PayPal, Credit Card, or Western Union for small trial orders.
