What is the MOQ for Custom Packaging?
We support low MOQs starting from 100 pieces for most packaging items. We believe in supporting brands at every stage, whether you are a startup or an established retailer.
Can I get a free sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes! We offer free stock samples so you can check our quality. For customized samples with your logo, a small setup fee is required (usually 3-5 days to produce). The sample fee is deductible from your bulk order.
How do I get an accurate quote?
To provide a fast and accurate quote, please tell us: 1) Product type, 2) Size, 3) Material, 4) Quantity, and 5) Any specific printing or finishing requirements. You can fill out our contact form or email us directly.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. We also support Alibaba Trade Assurance, PayPal, and Credit Card for trial orders.
How long does shipping take?
We offer Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) which takes 3-5 days, Air Freight which takes 7-10 days, and Sea Freight which takes 25-35 days depending on your destination. We will arrange the best logistics solution for you.
